Sabor'a Street, literally flavor of the street, is a food truck selling Latin-inspired street food to hungry Washingtonians. It is the vision of husband-and-wife team Jorge Pimentel and Christine Sarapu. Chef Pimentel, a native of the Dominican Republic, has worked his way up the ranks of some of DC's most flavorful kitchens including Mark & Orlando's, Masa 14, and Commonwealth.

The fare is Chef Jorge Pimentel's interpretation of street food from Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain including staples such as tacos, arepas, and more. We source our ingredients from local farms and small sustainable producers. Our meat is all natural, grass-fed, and hormone-free, and we have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free and wheat-free options available.
