August 2022 Update:

Now in August of 2022, Ms. Essay has amassed a 20 year (2003 - 2022) pictorial history of her gender feminine life. What started out on Flickr in 2007 as a method to learn more about herself by interacting on-line with other trans-gals has evolved into a photographic autobiography.

Thank you to the many followers and viewers who have helped inform me in so many ways about how I can survive and thrive in this sometimes chaotic reality we call the 21st century.

March 2022 Update:

After she wandered for two (2) years in the wilderness trying to understand the administration of Flickr's "Safety Levels" for photos, Ms. Essay communicated with the Flickr staff whom were actually quite helpful. That cooperation resulted in ALL but 27 of Ms. Essay's currently 1,200+ photos on Flickr returning to the "Safe" viewing level after having been "moderated" by Flickr to the less viewable Moderate level two (2) years ago in 2020.

So, now in 2022 there is no need to make adjustments to Flickr's "Safe Search" feature in one's Flickr account to be able to view the vast majority of my content here. Thank you, Olivia, of Flickr's Trust and Safety Team, for making this all possible ! !

Mid-2020 Update:

In mid-year 2020, Flickr staff via e-mail informed me that ALL my nearly 1,000 "Public" photos and videos had been re-categorized from "Safe" to "Moderate". Since that time, some of my followers have contacted me to share that they can no longer view my Flickr photostream. The fix / cure for that hidden photo problem is for viewers to change their Flickr "SafeSearch" settings as follows:

If you are using Flickr's smartphone app / application, then the following path will take you to your SafeSearch Filter settings for adjustment:

Open you Flickr app and make sure you are logged-in,

Tap on the round framed head outline icon at the top center of the screen,

Tap on the three (3) vertically stacked dots menu icon in the upper right hand corner,

Tap on "Privacy and Safety"

Scroll to bottom and tap on SafeSearch Filter,

Tap / select on the round circle for either "Moderate" or "Off"

If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, the following path will get you to your Flickr SafeSearch settings:

With your Internet browser, go to www.flickr.com/

Log-in to your account

Click on your round Photo Profile or Icon for a drop-down screen,

Click on Settings,

Click on Privacy & Permissions

Click on Content Filters

At Search Settings, click on "edit" at the far right,

Click on Safe Search

Click on either "Moderate" or "Off".

If after changing your SafeSearch settings you are still having difficulty seeing my photos, then please send me a Flickrmail or an e-mail to s_a_essay@myself.com

Thank you for you patience and willingness to continue to view my photos on Flickr ! !

Hi Essay, My first look at your site and rolled thru all of all your glamorous photos. I'm a bi guy, and you became my # 1 Transgender lady to be in my site if I may, You have " IT " I'd love to show. Flickr, to my short observing time on site. Not some photographers, many of wives like to show their married nude wives partly dressed, however, all pics point to their wives " pussy ", excuse, I deliete for me. Being retired military, we say all Pussies are the same, except hair or none. I have friend that his son, 19, was confused as his male gender, got a sever syco problem. So, the whole change to female, and the removal of male parts, and replace with a total vagina, at $ 43,000. Now happy, right skin. I'll look in to it for you. Tex Chuck.
