As director of Orphan Helpers, I probably have taken some of the coolest photos ever... babies, kids, bad boys, little girls, good boys, hurting girls, laughing, crying, hopeful, hopeless, helpless and helpful!

I 've also got pictures of "gringos"...lots of them. These are North Americans who want to help, don't know exactly what to do, want to love, want to hold, can't help crying and are forever changed.
