My name is Ryan Dandelion. I am a photographic artist working in traditional mediums of film & dry plate photography, silver gelatin darkroom, alternative process and digital inkjet printing. My work explores themes of vulnerability, personality, sexuality, and the photographer & subject relationship. I have been practicing photography for 10 years, self-taught from the internet and my peers.

In 2023 I joined a darkroom and began my printing journey creating silver gelatin prints, starting to teach, and experimenting with large format cameras. In 2025 I moved from Sydney to Nimbin in the northern rivers of NSW, Australia where I currently have a home studio and darkroom.
