I usally try to make at least one post a month, and would like to submit more but as so many others I find it frustrating that I can't find enough time to persue my hobby with more vigor.

I enjoy shooting anything from landscapes to macro and am still amazed when things turn out reasonably well.

My weapon of choice (financial limitations aside) is a Canon 40d and I use my Tamron 18-250mm as a walk around lens using a monopod as "IS". For more intentional stuff I use

Canon 17-40mm L which is nice

Canon100mm f2.8 which is superb

Canon 70-300mm IS USM which is ok

Sigma 10-20mm which is a fantastic wide WIDE lens.

Canon f1.4 50mm which is my best and favorite because its sharp and forgiving even wide open.

I usally choose contacts that are local, or people whos work I admire, I hate invites that give no useful feedback but apprietiate all feedback from any one who takes the time to leave constructive comments.
