I am a Petrol head!

I can't remember a time when I wasn't going to car shows and events. There probably hasn't been! My Dad has always been an active car enthusiast, taking me to all sorts of rallies and restorer's garages. The people I grew up around were true old school (no K in that!); real inspirations, producing and repairing anything and everything in the shed at the bottom of the garden - true "kiwi ingenuity". (Often that shed was bigger than the house!) Having also had an Airforce training in three trades, it is hardly surprising that I will give anything a go!!

These days I balance car restoration with house renovations and family commitments.

Sadly I have not found the time to become a good photographer - the subject is the sole aim...
