Dearest Ruby, At long last I feel cheerful enough to write a testimonial for you, my sweet and precious Ruby Begonia er Lace. :-) I know she likes that….giggles :-) Ruby’s the girl with the green thumb, the poet, the chef of fine cuisine. She also has quite the personable personality when it comes to interacting with her many friends. She sends me some of the nicest emails and I treasure every one because of her wit and humor or humour. Even the multiple ones of the same things she sends. Gosh Ruby, got sticky keys? Must be all the sugar in you. :-) Flickr just wouldn’t be the same without my friend Ruby Lace. Bottom line, she’s one of my best friends on Flickr and I love her for that. Another plus is if I need any radioactive waste or fresh material she’s always willing to deliver it right to my door like a Candygram. I’m just glowing after I get it. Such a warm feeling I get. Funny thing is my skin is starting to peel and turn black lately. I wonder if SPF 30 cover up could help. Hmmm… well anyway, it’s only a minor problem right now. Pretty soon after I began sharing my photos on Flickr a month ago, I got in contact with my dearest girlfriend and sister Ruby. Her comments were so beautiful and powerful set. Most of the time they were and are little beautiful and sensitive poems. It felt and still feels like a warm bath to me, that I didn’t have for a long time before, especially true because I felt so insecure about my appearance. As a matter of fact I want to state, that without Ruby taking my hand, guiding, motivating and encouraging me, I would not have become Julie as you can see her now. I am confident today and feeling feminine as never before. Ruby made me believe in myself, she called me Julie and now I know that I am. I felt for Ruby from the first moment on.
