The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals WA (Inc.) was formed in Western Australia in 1892 and has the responsibility for administering the Animal Welfare Act 2002.

Objects

* To promote kindness to animals

* To prevent or suppress cruelty to animals.

* To do all lawful acts as the Society may consider conducive or incidental to the attainment of these objects.
