I bought my first SLR deacdes ago, but only started to use it seriously in 1995, when I took a break from university and did a five month and 8600 Km bicycle trip all over Scandinavia and Iceland (see flickr set www.flickr.com/photos/rsaccon/sets/72157606242864539/). Later I went to Brazil for an internship, followed by extensive travel, lots of photos, follow-up trips and even more photos. Then I got busy with other stuff and put photography on hold for ten years. My comeback was in mid-2008, I scanned my old photos (most of them were Fuji Velvia), uploaded them to flickr and bought a DSLR.
