I have been using a camera for most of my life. Starting with family photos and vacation shots I eventually shot some wedding photo's for some friends, though they did have a pro to do the official photos. It wasn't until later that I really started to take photography more seriously. I started with basic photography at the local college using the Minolta X-700. It was all done in black and white with film and prints done in a lab setting. I have been hooked on black and white ever since, though I still love color shots also.

I have moved on to digital and have been shooting more than ever. Though I still feel the need to improve by attending workshops and classes as well looking at other photographers work for inspiration. My usual subject would be automobiles, architecture, landscape, still life, and people in costumes. Eventually I hope to learn studio lighting for portraitures and figure study.
