Richard and I have been virtual friends since I got my first digital SLR. We were on another photo site and he was my "go to guy," for how to do stuff on-line. We both moved to Flickr when that site folded, and have watched each other's children grow up, and admired each other's vacation pics and hobbies. Through Richard's photos, I have gotten to see the other side of the world. We've "chatted" about school systems, tourist attractions, holidays, and home reno jobs. I would not have thought of writing a testimonial if he hadn't first, but I'm glad I did. Way more than a virtual 'friend,' Richard has become a genuine friend, one I'm grateful for, through whose camera lens my world has been enlarged and enriched.
