Photography is something I like to do, but I'm very much an amateur. I'm often amazed by the incredible photos I see here on Flickr. I divide my time between the Chicago Illinois area and Florida, USA. My photos, therefore are primarily of those places. Birds are my favorite subjects, but I like to photograph anything that captures my eye. I use a bridge camera (Canon Powershot) and a Nikon Coolpix. Since getting a new iPhone, I'm enjoying taking photos with that as well.

What I like about Flickr, aside from the stunning photography, is the sense of camaraderie and shared experiences with people from around the world.
