Thank you for visiting my photostream. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoy creating them. I really love photographing nature: animals, plants, landscapes (neglected for too long).

The many talented photographers who post their work on Flickr are an inspiration for me, helping me grow as a photographer. Your critique is requested and is much appreciated. Thank you in advance and thank you for all the comments already posted.

Thank you also for your invitations to post in specific groups. I am honored to receive these invitations. However, I am trying to limit my number of groups and therefore may no longer accept new invitations.

I do not post my photos as a daily diary. I may revisit my photo archive or try a different processing technique. In fact, I find myself visiting the archive quite often now (Fall 2013) as I am trying to make place for new images. Older photos are usually identified as such in the caption.

I enjoy finding wildlife. Hence, my wildlife pictures are really that, "wild life" where the animals are free to come and free to go. Should I take pictures of animals in captivity, these pictures will be clearly identified and tagged as such ("captive").

If you are following my photostream, you may notice that I am "off and on" - life's commitments have priority over the hobby.
