The Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre is housed in the historic Roundhouse, saved from demolition, and eventually restored to its current community-centred function. Now, instead of dust and metal and trains, it plays host to everything from top-flight arts & culture events to badminton to photography classes to yoga. While visiting the Roundhouse, climb a piece of history--you can still hop aboard Engine 374, which arrived in Vancouver in 1887, joining Canada from east to west.
