For the last 50 years, the Rose d’Or Awards have been one of the most significant events for the entertainment television industry, and an important networking platform for the onscreen entertainment community, promoting a free exchange of knowledge and ideas. Every year the Rose d'Or attracts producers and professionals from public and independent broadcasters worldwide.

The Rose d’Or Awards acknowledge originality, quality and creativity in entertainment programming, and encourage excellence in television.

The best international entertainment programmes are submitted to the competition, and an international jury of leading industry professionals is given the task of selecting a shortlist of nominees for final consideration before the winners are announced at the Rose d’Or Awards Ceremony.

Now part of the EUROVISION family, the Rose d'Or Awards and its traditional Ceremony will be held on 30 May during the EUROVISION Media Summit in Brussels. An important rendez-vous brought by the European Broadcasting Union, the event features specialized experts meetings, sessions and conferences including, of course, the Rose d'Or.
