Describe myself...well, today (April 27, 07) is my 43rd day Flickring and am now officially called FlickrMama here at home. :)

In March, I picked up the camera (borrowed from my daughter who has been so gracious not to ask for it back...yet) for a learning challenge at work and haven't put it down since...well okay, I have for a few minutes... here and there.;)

Photography and Flickr have opened up a whole new world for me! The photographs I have seen on Flickr have been so inspiring and many times breathtaking.Viewing the world through the lens of the camera and others' view of the world has been so fascinating and magical. It has also made me appreciate this beautiful creation in a whole new way.

And although I am the amateur of all amateurs and have so much more to learn...I know this is going to be one fantastic ride! :)
