I had my Flickr Pro account now for a couple of years. I liked it a lot and was totally fine to pay for it.

But since Flickr now decided, they won't accept PayPal anymore, that's basically it for me. I don't have and also do not want their current paying methods, so therefore no more pro for me.

Which apparantly means, that almost 4k photos will be deleted (as far as i know). I have no idea, why PayPal is not an option anymore and tbh i don't care. It just simply sucks, that after years they decide it's not a valid method anymore.

So, i don't think i will post any more photos, since it will become pointless with the limit of 1k photos for me. But also, if they ever decide Paypal will be an option again, i won't start getting pro again, because i can't be sure, they won't change their mind again.

I am very disapointed and also angry atm. But anyway, i can't change it. If you're looking for me, i'm active on BlueSky and Tumblr. Also as Rosapexa.
