I have always loved using a camera to capture how I see the world around me. But, I have to admit it wasn't till recently when getting the flickr bug that I am now on a quest to learn to really take my photography to the next level and create art.

I sold my golf club membership so I could afford a dSLR and I am currently having a ball learning just what it will do. I am self-taught (which is painfully obvious looking at my photostream) learning through a combination of observing good photos on Flickr, reading books, listening to photography podcasts and lots of experimenting with my Canon.

I work in the computer industry and my wife is an artist.

Someday I hope to share my "art" next to hers.
