Been taking photos for a long time. Sometimes more than others, depending on life. I'm more of a snapshot type rather than fine art type photographer. Haven't taken the perfect photograph yet, but I enjoy trying!

My first camera was a plastic toy Bedfordflex Double Lens Reflex, f8,1/50sec, that I still have. My husband (then boyfriend) gave me my first SLR, a used Minolta SRT101. I got my first digital SLR in 2005, a Konica Minolta 5D right before KM went out of business and sold to Sony. I just upgraded to a full frame mirror less, Sony A7Rii.

My hubby's hobby is flying a Cessna182 and that is why I have taken so many aerial photos, mostly above the Puget Sound. Aerial photography is something I long to master, but haven't figured out just yet.
