I want my photos to look natural and my post processing usually involves nothing more than the accepted editing standards in press photography (colors, contrast, black and white conversion, noise reduction, minimal dodging/burning - but no manipulation).

When it comes to gear I like to keep it simple: one pro dslr body and one standard size dslr body for backup/travel, both full frame sensors, with 28mm, 50mm and 100mm prime lenses - the 50mm focal length being used for 95% of my shots. And wherever I go, I always carry a high-end compact camera with me.
