Rocktrotter was born in a small town called Arendonk in the silent Kempen area in the north of Belgium. Rocktrotter, being an IT professional, needs a creative outlet during spare time: fotography and music. The evolution of fotography between 1980 and now with ever improving technologies available (Camera's, ever more powerful PC's Softwares, the internet) have changed a lot in the way these hobbies are practiced. It remains an unexhausable source of trying, experimenting, creating, failing, adjusting, undoing, backing-up, cleaning-up , organizing and re-organizing and making plans for the next day.
Rocktrotter likes traveling as well for business as for pleasure, and always has his camera at hand.
You will find some of my snaps here, as well as postings on Panoramio, Wikipedia, and other corners of cyberspace.
