Hello and thanks for stopping by!

I've always been inspired by photography. It started at an early age when my dad always had his camera with him. He taught me a bit about cameras and photography. I never really took much note of it (and I'm kicking myself now because of that).

As a child I wanted to be a photographer for 'National Geographic' when I grew up. As I got older and into my late teens, I thought it would be the coolest thing to be a photographer for 'Rolling Stone'. And after watching 'Almost Famous' a couple hundred times, I knew that's what I wanted to do.

But in reality, I've got a ways to go and a lot to learn.

I enjoy taking photographs of anything and everything. Bands, animals, nature, and my little cousins are just a few of the many things I enjoy photographing. I always have my point and shoot with me everywhere I go. I love the creative aspect of photography and I always look at things/objects/scenes and think to myself, 'Wow, that'd make a really great picture'. I always tend to look for the creativity and originality in everything and in every potential picture.

My photos are not anything near what you'd call "great". They are what they are. However, I intend for them to gradually progress. I put them on Flickr not becuase I think they are amazing photographs or because I think everyone should see them.

But if you like them, I'm glad.

I hope you find enjoyment in at least one of them.

And remember: shoot with cameras, not guns!

Update 6/15/2008: I just got my Canon XSi in the mail!
