I am a semi-retired, over-70-year-old guy who loves cruising, diving, travelling, beautiful scenery, serenity, adventure, and following my dreams.

I am in awe of nature and the beauty that surrounds us, so capturing snapshots of what I see has become a consuming hobby.

I try to add a few words and stories to my pictures every so often to help me learn, recall, and create more interest.

My biggest thrills over the past twenty years of retirement have been cruising, diving, and photographing the Australian Great Barrier Reef from end to end, many of our superb coral sea atolls, and exploring a little of fantastic PNG. Exploring the Australian outback and hiking the Rocky Mountains, Borneo, Europe, and similar places has also been incredible.

Update..as of Jan 2015, I have been submitting the stories of my adventures to various magazines and have had quite a few published throughout the year ..WAHOO :)
