I'm a former Aerospace (Apollo Moon Mission) and Civil Engineer, now a retired Physics Teacher after 29 years at Enterprise High School in Redding, California. I've been doing photography since I began as a teen using my Dad's Argus C3 and Kodak bellows camera. Years of darkroom work on portraits and theater photos have given way to Nikon digital D60's and D70's.

I am a past Treasurer, VP & President of Shasta Camera Club and have been guest photography judge for many organizations, most recently for Crown Camera in Redding for their "Every Picture Tells A Story" competition in June 2009. I have been a presenter for the Photographic Society of America conference held in Shasta County and have presented multimedia photographic programs as fund raisers for KIXE public television and the Riverfront Playhouse.

I was the photography club advisor for EHS for all 29 years, teaching, judging and leading students on "photo field trips". I loved it all, but RETIREMENT RULES!!
