Robin Pope's photography began in 2011 after a visit to New York City where he found inspiration from a fellow Mobile Photographer. Taking his new found inspiration Robin decided that the iPhone was the preferred camera to capture the perfect candid street moments whilst enabling him to discreetly capture people and situations.

Since 2011 Robin's images have been featured on various blogs and in 2011 his work was exhibited for the first time when an image he took at the Glastonbury Music and Arts Festival in the UK was selected for Music Loves Summer by The Guardian and Observer newspaper. He exhibited at Pixel This presented by CreativeHive where his work was auctioned off for charity and in 2012 he was part of Iconic Lonon, the second exhibition put on by Instagramers London where he exhibited 6 of his images.

In early 2012 Robin became photo editor for Volume Magazine www.volume-magazine.com a London-based printed and online bi-annual publication that promotes individual talent across the arts, writing and music. This has given Robin the opportunity to shoot music festivals, gigs, people and places and also edit and curate the work of other photographers for publication. Equally this has opened up the opportunity to work with various other online publications.
