I am the daughter of two newspaper editors, and never wanted anything to do with newspapers, I wanted to be a radio personality (which I did do).The pull of the ink in my veins was a bit too strong and I found myself talking to a man who was about to be inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. I wrote the story because no one else was in the office to write it (I was there strictly to answer phones and open mail). Now I write and take photos for a newspaper and have met some real characters!

 

Photos I have posted of my children are usually marked private as I am a very overprotective mom. I have seen or heard of so many sweet children being hurt, especially online, that I just can't bring myself to let everyone see mine.
