I'm a keen amateur photographer - bought my first SLR in 2005 and haven't regretted it for a moment.

My aim is to be a generalist rather than a specialist, and take photos of lots of different things in lots of different styles. I do enjoy the technical side of photography! Understanding the technical side frees me up to be creative.

Since the twins arrived I've only had opportunities for baby photos or macro (with an occasional church), but that's helped focus my mind.
