Robert Stefanowski is a Cornell alumnus and CEO of DFC Global. He had spent the early part of his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served in various executive positions in UBS Investment Bank, the 3i Group, and GE Corporate Finance Europe. He is the author of “Making M&A Deals Happen,” which was published in February 2007.
