I was born and raised in Brevard County, Florida. After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps and receiving an honorable discharge, I moved back to my home with my amazing wife and three beautiful children. I acquired my Real Estate License in 2006, where I worked at ERA Aladdin, earning my Top Gun Certification. In 2007 I joined the RE/MAX Elite team. After purchasing the REO Kit (www.reokit.com/), I started a BPO & REO business. I was completing 40-50 BPOs per week, and after finding a business partner in a high school friend, started rehabbing houses. In fact, we successfully completed 8 full rehabs in only 18 months. We started completing short sales soon after that. In 2009 I hired a team to handle the BPO business and started S.O.S. Property Solutions, Inc. In early 2010 I focused on creative & seller financing and bulk REO. Later that year, I found the best solution for homeowners facing foreclosure and partnered with Foreclosure Rescue Foundation - a company specializing in saving people’s homes from foreclosure (www.usaforeclosurehelpline.com/). In 2011 I expanded my business, along with a partner, into the acquisition of multi-family property, forming Investment Equity Fund, Inc., which also consults with individuals looking to use their IRA, 401K and other retirement funds to invest all types of real-estate-backed mortgages and earn more than they would with conventional investment forms. In May of 2011 I acquired the rights to the REO Kit (www.reokit.com/) - the very course I studied a few years earlier - from a long time mentor who was getting out of real estate. Since I am one of the top success stories of the REO Kit, it only made sense that I take it over; and, with my incredible team, the REO Kit will reach heights not previously even dreamt of. Along with our acquisition of the REO Kit, my team and I formed the BPO REO Academy (www.bporeoacademy.com/) - a nationwide community of over 20,000 BPO & REO real estate agents. The REO Kit is only one of the courses offered through the BPO REO Academy. With many other products in development, we aim to provide comprehensive business solutions for both real estate agents and real estate investors, in an attempt to bridge the gap between them, as our philosophy is that working together allows us to accomplish more in this industry. In the not-so-distant future we plan to form the Krzyston Kids Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that will construct orphanages across the United States, empowering orphans with the education, mentorship and tools necessary to succeed not only in life but also as world leaders and entrepreneurs.
