I'm a keen amateur photographer who has gone from point and shoot to SLR in manual with an L lens in about 3 years. I've always had an 'eye' for a good image, and although I've found it really hard, I'm thoroughly enjoying gradually learning how to photograph them properly.

I spent 2010 deep into a Project 365 and during that time I really developed a variety of skills, widened my repetoire and broadened my online outlook!

I have traditionally been mainly interested in landscapes and architecture, but of late I'm moving more towards close ups, abstracts and I'm trying to learn portraiture.

I'm a Canon devotee, currently in possession of an EOS 400D, EF-S 10-22, EF 24-105 f2.8L, EF 50 f1.4, EF 70-300 II USM, EF 100 f/2.8 Macro USM, 4 Nikon SB24s, and a very tolerant wife.
