I am an amateur photographer. I have just recently (in the past 5 years) gotten heavily into digital photography. I have been somewhat of a Shutterbug all my life. Before digital cameras I owned a couple SLRs that I loved and swore they were much better than any digital camera! Well film and developing (especially if you don't do your own) can make photography a very expensive hobby in the SLR world, not to mention the instant gratification you get from digital photography, so therefore I opted to purchase my first digital and now here I am - totally hooked. I have upgraded every year (sometimes twice a year) and am currently using two cameras - a Nikon D7000 and a Canon EOS 60D. Still learning my cameras, still learning about photography. Love to take pictures of nature, landscapes, architecture, wildlife, etc. My dream is to go to Italy one day on a photography excursion. Wish me luck!
