The School of Architecture and Design - VET, delivers programs across a range of design and technical disciplines, providing students with a solid foundation upon which to build exciting careers in the fields of printing, graphic prepress, building design, furniture design and technology, Interior Design and Decoration, product design, visual merchandising and graphic design. Students have the opportunity to develop sound technological, communication and management skills in their chosen areas and the school strives to create an environment reflecting the workplace by maintaining close links with industry. Mentor programs are offered in the second year of some diplomas whereby students receive valuable guidance from industry professionals. Following the successful completion of some courses, pathways into higher-level programs may be available for selected students who wish to pursue further studies.
