My passion is photography. I'm also very handy with computers. The combination releases unlimited possibilities or outcomes for every single picture taken. Half the fun is in taking the pictures. The other ninety percent is seeing how they will ultimately be expressed. Depending on the desired, or much more fun - the discovered result. Any given photograph could end up in razor sharp black and white or color or distorted to the very edge of recognition. The real world and our imaginations can come together freely in the digital world. Photographers often specialize in black and white, color, large format or dwell fanatically on precise development processes. My restless mentality keeps me looking for new ways to see and reveal things. For me it's much less about the process and more about the results and how the images make you think, remember, or feel about them or about yourself. Familiar subjects somehow strike a chord not normally heard in our busy lives. We often discover a memory, fondness, or closeness to something that has always been there but forgotten until a simple image, when seen up close or from another angle, brings it back to us.
