The first camera I owned was a 2.1mp Sony which I bought back in 2001. Since then I have owned and used several different cameras but now mostly use either a Canon 20D or a Canon IXUS 220HS.

The photos I take are of various subjects including landscape scenery, weird things I see day-to-day and - what I find the most enjoyable - scenes featuring various characters raging fromfrom "Munkey" (PG Tips fame) and Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet) to more expressive figures such as Nendoroids (totally cute!) and figma.

As a "creative" I write stories as well as take photos to tell a story, like the "photo-stories" I have posted.

For the past few years I have taken a break from flickr to increase my creative skills and to avoid the "settling for an OK photo" that I found myself falling into.

Between these creative pursuits (who'd have thought writing an 800+ page story would take so much time!) and a day job (can't live with one, can't live without one) finding time for checking in on flickr is quite difficult.

But most of all I just want my photos make you think, smile or laugh.
