My life experience has taught me that life’s truly unforgettable moments are quite forgettable without the reminder of an image. Peering into a photograph has always been an opportunity to reacquaint myself with a moment of my past and with the person I was when that moment occurred. This is the selfish reason for my photography.

Capturing a moment in time for others to see the way I seen it and to see a piece of me in it, this is the egotistical reason for my photography.

Capturing a moment so that others may see a piece of themselves in it, this is the joyous part of my photography, the shared power of expression and emotion between two people.
