The beautiful Dora Canal skirts our property, connecting the 2 lakes! Easy access to the countless Orlando attractions. The beautiful Florida coastal beaches are merely an hour away.

Tavares is the Seaplane Capital of Florida. Tavares has many festivals & events taking place year round. In addition to Seaplane events, Tavares has Jet Ski competitions, bass tournaments, antique boat and car shows, and food festivals.

Riverest offers quaint cottages that are reasonably priced, and include cable TV, a full kitchen, bath and bedroom (some do have "Florida" rooms). Wifi is available on-site as well.

We also have reasonably priced boat docks for boaters and fishermen with an easy access boat ramp right next door!
