A down-to-Earth guy with an eye for nature photography.

I just recently enrolled in an online Digital Photography class to expand my knowledge using a DSLR.

My equipment of choice is a Nikon D70 and D3000. I use a 50mm fixed, 18-55mm, 50-200mm, 55-300mm and a 640-1600mm zoom lens.

My inspiration for shooting nature photography stems from the archives of one of the greatest nature photographers that ever lived in this country; Ansel Adams. And I admire the works of a local Minnesota photographer, Gary Allen Nelson.
