I am a commercial photographer who lives and works in Albuquerque, NM. My passion for the image began in 1992 with an Asahi-Pentax Spotmatic SP1 gifted to me by my father. Although I now shoot primarily Nikon Digital bodies, the SP1 still makes it out of its bag occasionally :-).
Professionally, I shoot fashion/pinup, lifestyle, situational portraiture, product, architecture and even some event imagery. While some encourage specialization, I find the unique challenges of all these types of photography very stimulating.
Personal projects include fine-art nudes, landscapes, macro, street and journalistic endeavors. Additionally, I host a weekly "edutainment" group at my studio. The Guerrilla Photo Group is a collective of photographers, models, MUA's and stylists who share a passion for evolving our skills and collaboration. We basically get together to drink wine and geek out on imagery (at least) once a week.
BTW, for my farther-flung flickr friends (say that 10 times fast), I travel almost anywhere for gigs. However, I am most often in the Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Francisco, Orlando and NYC markets.
Cheers, and thanks for dropping by to view the stream. I love commentary and critiques, so fire away!
