Hi, my name is Riccardo, I'm nice and honest guy, with a silly sense of humor...

I was born on February 27th 1976 in Sassuolo, a mid-size town about 100 miles south from Milan.

I got married in 2007 with a beautiful girl and now we live in Modena, a city with about 185.000 inhabitants, famous all over the world for the balsamic vinegar and Ferrari.

I practice running and/or mountain biking but not competitively, however I try to train at least a couple of times a week.

I love dogs, so you can always find one of them in my family.

I studied physics at university, but I never graduated.

I work as 3D Graphic Designer (Lightwave User) in a company that manufactures bathrooms furniture.

In effect my main interests are astronautics and digital photography (mainly landscape photography).

In particular I'm a member of the ISAA managing board (Italian Space and Astronautics Association), a no-profit community dedicated to the popularisation of space activities for both professionals and enthusiasts.
