The Denver Post Ride The Rockies is Colorado’s premier cycling event. In June of this year, the ride will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary. 2,000 Ride The Rockies cyclists will embark on a six or seven day bicycle tour of Colorado’s beautiful Rocky Mountains, enjoying majestic scenery and visiting historic and unique Colorado communities.

Each year, approximately 4,000 applications are received. The 2,000 riders that are chosen to participate are selected randomly in a lottery registration.

All proceeds from Ride The Rockies benefit Denver Post Charities, A McCormick Foundation Fund. All funds raised are matched at 50 cents on the dollar and are returned directly to the Denver metro community.
