Rick’s photographs are little poems waiting to happen. Each one a unique vignette with personality, and the perfect combination of composition, light, and shadow. Rick also shares his vast knowledge of birds with us which reinforces his beautiful photos. I also see a touch of magic, whimsy and sense of humor behind the lens. Sometimes we get lucky and find a great photographer wiling to share his art and knowledge with the rest of us. Rick Leche’s eye for bird photography could make James Audubon jealous. Thank you Rick for sharing your images, your knowledge, and your love of nature with all of us.

Having invested a great deal of time viewing Rick Leche's photographs, I am awe inspired. The bird photographs, especially, are so charmingly beautiful. I find his images totally evocative. Nature is an incredible force, not always of beauty. Rick's eye however, has captured, what I consider the breathtaking part of nature. I feel so fortunate, having discovered the Flickr website and the quality of work, by such a fellow as Rick Leche, it is indeed a priviledge to view his work and to write this testimonial.
