Photography has been one of my interests for a long time, but it's an interest that has waxed and waned.

Like many others I have found that Flickr has reinvigorated my interest. Most of my photography in the past has been of a documentary nature - recording places I've visited and especially my holidays. Flickr has opened the door to photography for its own sake; the fact that there's an audience on Flickr for any kind of image has encouraged me to be more experimental. The images in my 'Within These Walls' set would never have happened without Flickr.

I currently use a Nikon D5100.
