Retired. Have been using good cameras all my life starting with my father's Leica 3B when I was a child. Then went through Zeiss, Pentax and Olympus 35mm SLRs. I still have an Olympus OM4 Ti and a batch of lenses. When I retired my wife thought it would be good for me to get back into photography. Now she is complaining I do too much photography and not enough gardening. I'm very happy with my Olympus E-620.

Finally got myself an OM-D E-M5 when the price was right.

August 2019 update

I cancelled my Adobe subscription at the end of June 2019 after discovering Affinity Photo.

I was getting fed up of all the updates for cameras I didn't have and lenses I didn't have.

I only used Photoshop and didn't like Lightroom but you have to pay for both.

I went on a 3 week cruise to Greenland with Affinity Photo on a 14 inch laptop and was very impressed with it's RAW development.

I got great results very quickly.

I've been reprocessing some of my old photos of the Norwegian fjords which were taken under very difficult grey skies and haze.

Affinity Photo is producing much superior results than I ever got with Photoshop.
