I have dedicated 11 years of my life delivering the highest quality physical hardware enhancements to video game consoles. Beginning with calibrating CD/CD-ROM potentiometers in the original Playstation to presently "Optimizing" and "re-engineering" the power supply, motherboard, and blu-ray drive in the Playstation 3.

My journey into this industry started with simple disappointment in a single games' performance and more importantly that games lackluster visuals on console. I began furiously blueprinting schematics for Playstation 3, after the GTA IV release.

The "Optimizations" were created out of my own passion to play and own the ultimate electronically hand-built console ever established. I needed to witness the Playstation 3 perform at a level it was designed for! I achieved groundbreaking results and then some.

How news of my "Optimizations" went public was a series of destined events. Starting with taking off-screen digital photographs of my GTA IV game play results. Three of those were posted to NeoGAF and within minutes my story and its results went national. We garnered attention from around the world. N4G.com shared my story, Gamersmint wrote a small piece speculating our legitimacy, and Flickr blew up! Questions, attention, and infamy shortly followed......to my dismay and amazement people were interested in my hardware.

After the initial attention, I realized gamers desired my hardware "Optimizations" for their own Playstation 3 and "The Video Gamer" was born.

Today our "Optimizations" are in the homes of real gamers across the US and some even over seas. The captures we take now are technically light years beyond my humble beginnings....and our products....well, they have seen significant improvements over time. Our continuous grounding techniques are some of the best and most radical ever attempted.
