Traditionally referred as the "Roosevelt Rider/Riderettes" Dance Team, and are comprised of a group of talented individuals. Though RHS Dance team focuses primarily on Hip-Hop, many of the members are technically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and contemporary - prompting the group to form a Lyrical Team. As a result, RHS Dance Team competes in both Hip-Hop and Dance categories. The RHS Dance Team has brought home three "Hip-Hop District Championships" and placed in the top ten in the State. The RHS Dance Team prides themselves on putting on versatile, high-energy, and crowd pleasing performances during assemblies, basketball games, competitions and community events.
