It is always difficult to describe oneself but I will give it a try. I am a therapist and a translator (mainly for French and Spanish, and German of course). These two professions enable me to pay my bills. My great passion (besides my cats) is photography and I am the happiest person in the world whenever I can just grap my camera and go out on a photoshoot.

My favourite models are my cats. But I also love other animals, nature in general and historical buildings. The vintage cars which often show up among my pictures are more my Dad's passion than my own. But I think these old cars are beautiful and they have some sort of personality which modern cars are often lacking.They are also perfect for HDR photography which I love to do from time to time.

I am a strict amateur as far as photography is concerned and I'm not aiming for perfection. What I want is to tell stories with the help of my pictures. For me Flickr is a possibility to share my pictures with other people around the world and I hope that they will enjoy them. I love to look at the pictures of others and to see the world through their eyes.
