I was a former Realtor with The David Young Team at Coldwell Banker United. My main focus was the photography for the team's listings but other responsibilities included web maintenance, creation and production of the high-quality marketing materials to promote our listings. During this time and since the disbanding of the team I have

photographed over 1,000 homes ranging from $50,000 condos to multi-million dollar estates. I currently work as an independent real estate photographer in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. In addition to my real estate business, I also have photographed golf tournaments, corporate functions and similar events.

The majority of my photos here are from when I moved to Houston in 1990. They range from sporting events and venues, trips in the USA and around the world, local Houston landmarks and DYT sponsored functions. I hope to be soon posting some photos from slides I recently discovered.

I have been photographing almost all my life-dating back to my Brownie. Through the years I obviously graduated from my Brownie to 35mm film prints and slides and now digital. I became of a fan of Nikon equipment and have stayed with Nikon products through the years. I currently have two Nikon 7200s and one 7100 coupled with Nikkor and Tameron lenses.

I enjoy shooting sporting events whenever I can. My first exposure was photographing at motorcycle scrambles and the San Jose Mile Northern California's Bay Area during the late 1960's and early 1970's . Later, I was able to photograph the 1985 US Open at Pebble Beach (Watson's chip-in on the 17th green) and the San Jose Inamori. I shot primarily film in the early years and then 35mm slides. I recently discovered trays of slides of those races and many of our trips to Yosemite and backpacking in the high country, trips to San Felipe in Baja, Acapulco and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Many of these trips were in my '62 VW Bus and with good friends. I am in the process of looking for a high quality and reasonably priced digital converting service to digitize the slides.
