I was given my first camera - a brown box - when I was 8 years old. I was mentored by a portrait photographer for many years. Got my first SLR when I was 19. No family function could go by without me taking several photos. When I went to London I got more into landscapes (probably because I appreciated NZ so much more) and into architecture, abstract and of course street photography.
