I am a retired educator, having taught primary age children to read for twenty plus years. I am a retired swimming instructor who still finds pleasure in swimming. I consider myself a bicyclist although I ride shorter rides less often and slower than in the past. :-) I enjoy reading, learning about new and different things.

I am the proud mother of two fine daughters and four growing grandchildren.
