In a nutshell: Architect, photographer, urban wanderer, bicycle commuter, writer, traveler, music fan, bit of this, little of that.

My primary claim to fame is Built St. Louis, a long-running, voluminous web site about the city's historic architecture. I joined Flickr to have a quick, easy place to dump images online that don't necessarily have anything to do with that site, since I generally take tons of photographs wherever I am.
